The default names for the 4 gangs are: outlet 1, outlet 2, outlet 3, outlet 4. You can change the name if you like.

Explanation: if the device name of the Sonoff 4CH (R2) is “My Switch”, the gang name is “Outlet 1”, then can control with saying “Alexa, turn on My Switch Outlet 1”
